Presentation by Phil McDermott and Ginger Goodspeed, Quantum Silicones
Topic - New Products QSi Designed for Aerospace
ABSTRACT
Quantum Silicones (QSi), a leader in silicone technology, collaborates with companies seeking silicone solutions to develop formulations specific to their needs.
In addition to custom formulations, Quantum Silicones provides stellar off-the-shelf solutions.
Our technical discussion will focus on new products QSi designed specifically for Aerospace. Lowering volatility, overcoming delamination, providing stronger adhesives, increasing thermal conductivity, and developing new primers for challenging substrates are just a few benefits of these silicones formulated for Aerospace.
We welcome inquiries about specific challenges you are facing with silicones in your applications. Phil and Ginger are very resourceful in understanding your needs and helping to dial in the right formulation.
Quantum Silicones focus is on formulating RTV (room temperature vulcanizing) two-part elastomer silicones that may be heat-accelerated for faster curing. Through QSi’s relationships with its sister companies, a very broad range of silicone solutions are available, including greases, putties, fluids, emulsions, and specialty one-part silicones.
If you have questions prior to or following the presentation, please reach out to Ginger Goodspeed with QSi, ggoodspeed@quantumsilicones.com or 310-270-5267. She will be happy to meet with you and your team at your convenience.
