The topic will encompass resin technology and processes to be able to manufacture composite structures OOA. Herb will discuss various approaches to OOA materials based on market segments.
Such OOA processes include;

Bio:
Mr. Reyes is the Business Development Manager for Aldila Composite Materials, located in Poway, CA. His duties include technical sales and service to Composite companies. He is mainly focusing on the sale and penetration of BMI and Cyanate prepreg systems.
Prior to joining Aldila, Herb Reyes was the Divisional Sales Manager for Metal Powder Products. In this role his primary responsibilities included the identification and penetration of new markets for the conversion of metal components into Powdered Metal. Mr. Reyes managed both the sales and customer service personnel as well as being part of the business management for the operation. Prior to this Mr. Reyes was a Staff Innovation Engineer at the Callaway Golf Company for ten years where he conducted research and development on metallic and non metallic materials and processes related to golf club heads and shafts. Mr. Reyes primary focus was on increasing the performance of golf products through mechanical property improvements. Prior to Callaway Golf Mr. Reyes spent 8 years as a Senior Sales Engineer for BASF focused on selling polymer prepregs and adhesives. Mr. Reyes spent his first 8 years working in automotive engineering for companies such as Rockwell International and DeLorean Motor Company.
Mr. Reyes has authored or helped author over 80 US patents.
Herb Reyes has an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Regis University in Denver, a BS in Industrial and Plastics Engineering from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale and graduate courses at University of Detroit.
